Although technology has greatly reduced the time required to process a mortgage loan, and the amount of paperwork required, the truth is that due to the nature of the transaction and the large amounts of money involved, certain types of documents are required in almost every loan file. This can vary depending on many different factors but the following documents will normally be required (more or less) on every "normal" loan.

If you wish to apply immediately and get the transaction started then please:

1. Complete the rate quote form on the rates page.

2. Fax/e-mail the documents in the following list with the *** after them.

3. We will contact you by telephone or e-mail within 24 hours.

We usually can have a pre-approval for you within 24 hours. Pre-approvals are usually subject to an appraisal of the subject property and any other items that will be required for the loan applied for.

Getting a mortgage is still a complicated financial transaction. Working with your loan officer will help make the process as simple as possible.
